Life Is Like A Puzzle

Dear READER,

I guess that in the last few weeks I have really been thinking of how life works out. How some things happen and other things don't. I always want to know why perhaps I'm the one who got stuck behind the person involved in the car crash, instead of being the person in the car crash.

Well just yesterday I was sitting at my Aunts basement table working on a 1000 piece puzzle. Man it took some time but I learned something or I guess was reminded of something. A puzzle is like our lives we start out with all these pieces. They all fit together and we see the big picture we just don't know how it's all going to happen.

Life is just like this......we know the end goal. Sometimes one piece fits faster than the other, where as some might take longer to fit or to find. We have to trust that once we start working and putting it together that eventually the whole thing will come together.

Ok so that probably isn't making much sense so let me say it just a bit differently. I learned that I need to trust in God, knowing that he knows where each piece goes. I see the big picture but I don't know exactly what piece is to be put into the puzzle first. It's really hard to do sometimes especially when all seems a bit well lost at times when the future doesn't look as bright as you would like BUT God is in control and we need but trust that he will put the right piece in at the right time.

I found that sometimes we struggle looking for one piece when perhaps it's not the piece that is supposed to go in at that moment. Maybe we need to put in a few others so that we can find the missing piece.

Well enough talking.....I hope it makes some sense to you and if not just know that I came to a realization that all will be well. And if nothing else I hope you enjoy the photos.

Yours Truly,

Jenessa

  1. I really like this. I especially like what you said about not being able to put in a certain piece at a certain time. That's true. Sometimes there's a middle piece that can't go in before you put its connecting pieces in. This was a good reminder to be patient for all the answers I'm praying for.
