Dating Ideas

Dear READER,

I've always thought that it was important that if you are going on a date you need to have some type of plan. I hate dates where they pick you up and say..."ok, what do you want to do?". I don't know you asked me if you wanted me to choose let me now and I could have put something together. Are you serious. Anyways a bit of a pet peeve of mine obviously.

I dated this one guy and well he was pretty amazing. And anytime we went out He always had a plan. ALWAYS! They were sometimes cheap and just fun and other times he had put out a lot of money and thought. I loved going out with him because of that. It made me feel like he really cared about me.

So this post is dedicated and inspired by him. Below are a list of fun date ideas that I have come up with. Some are really cheap others take some more planning. There are a few for groups and a few that you will need to check your neighborhood for. Remember, if you put a little time and effort into it then it goes better all around and the results are better. Have fun!

  1. Pretty awesome I must say, funny too because I've had a lot of the same/similar ideas just nobody rly worth taking. Well cept my ex but she was always busy with wrk and school and her fam but we did do a few on the list.
I'd love to find someone one day worth doing these things with. Someone to be sweet to again and do/plan special things again. Maybe one day but anyways great list. :)

ROAD TRIP: On a nice warm(but not too warm)day, windows down(this is mandatory), start driving in a certain direction to start with or road and go where ever the road takes you, take turns when ever you feel like it and just explore. Stop along the way to take pics and check out things you've discovered. Pick a random place that looks/sounds good for lunch and/or dinner along the way.

TIPS: -Make sure you take a GPS or smart phone so that you can find your way home.
-Bring a few cds or ipod for music because your fav radio stations may not work where you end up.
-Don't fill up your gas, only put a little at a time. This will make you stop from time to time and get out and check out new places and people. (I've found that different areas offer new exp. It may be the same kind of gas station but each one is different in a certain way and the people there will be as well. After a few stops you will start to notice these differences. (Some can be quite funny.)

Though I've never been able to do this I someday hope to be able to with a special girl. I think it would be alot of fun.
